PCA JOB is an occupational health (work fitness / company physician) program that provides a solution for documenting the occupational health services provided to small, medium-sized and large companies.
In designing it, we kept the same principles in mind as in the development of all our software: simple, user-friendly operation, continuous support and further development, and following our customers’ needs.
Our system can run locally (for example on a laptop) or even in a cloud environment. The latter is especially advantageous if the documentation has to be kept at several companies or on several sites. Our system is multi-user, meaning any number of physicians or users in other roles can use it at the same time.
PCA JOB is structured like the familiar paper forms, which makes it an easy-to-learn and transparent system, and of course it includes full EESZT support.
We keep our occupational health system up to date with continuous updates. We help with onboarding, and later on we continue to help our users with ongoing customer support.
What services does PCA JOB include?

- Employee records (personal data, allergies, vaccinations, illnesses, permits, lab results, health booklet, catalog, site and many other data)
- Automatic completion of the mandatory EESZT data reporting

- Built-in TAJ (Hungarian social security number) check function
- Reports (employee headcount, classification (A, B, C, D))

- Form templates (any form template can be created and filled in with any data)
- Built-in (filterable) master dictionaries (BNO – the Hungarian edition of the ICD disease classification, WHO, TEÁOR – the Hungarian economic activity classification, FEOR – the Hungarian occupation classification, etc.)

- Kept up to date continuously: As the world moves forward, technology keeps changing too, and more and more requirements have to be met. PCA JOB helps with this as well. We follow changing user needs and address them, even at a custom level. Of course, changes related to EESZT are also continuously added to the program.
- Product support: PCA JOB is easy to learn, and in addition we are available to our customers with tutorial videos, onboarding and continuous product support!
- Savings in time, space, work and money: With PCA JOB, administration time is reduced by about half compared to traditional, paper-based documentation. There is no need to shuffle papers, dig them out, or search through them and thereby do unnecessary work. With the software, all of this happens simply and quickly.
- Savings on printing: Every form that can be produced in PCA JOB can also be created as a PDF, so where appropriate, printing them can be skipped.
- Lower administration costs: By using the software, significant cost savings can be achieved, as the costs of expensive, hard-to-obtain master sheets and of printing and photocopying various forms and reports are eliminated.
What computer do you need?
An average Windows computer is enough to run PCA JOB; it has no special requirements.
Cloud operation requires an internet connection!
Network and cloud operation
Would you like to use the software on several computers? With PCA JOB you can take advantage of this option too. The server can be a local computer, but for greater flexibility we recommend the cloud version in such cases, where you do not have to deal with network configuration and backups, and you can access your data from anywhere!
